New Member looking to be a full member

What are the requirements to be a full member because I'm trying to find an FD for sale and I want to be able to talk to people and look at the for sale forum. I want to be a part of the club!

We are working on removing the restrictions. Currently you will need 10 posts and 24 hours of membership before the posting restrictions are lifted.

Ahhh.. I just joined and was also wondering what was going on..

We set the restrictions in place years ago to help prevent spam from entering the main forum. Its worked well but we have take a lot of backlash from it because understandably people want to be able to view the entire forum right away. Would be nice if we made a membership step where people had to read one small sentence about the restrictions and click a box stating that they read it so that people would understand what to expect for the first 24 hours. But we never set that in place, lol.

Ah it's cool thanks for checking though. I'll just keep posting and I'll eventually get it lol.

I moderate a local board and we had something similar for a while and the Russian bots were still able to clear it. Shit, some of them could have full on chats through PM's. They'd fly low profile for months then one day I'd log in and find 300 spam threads.
