Can't find 'User CP' (profile settings)

Can't find 'User CP' (profile settings)
Hi! - I'm using an Android tablet and Chrome browser to access rx7club.com. On the home page top left there are three horizontal white bars against a dark blue header title line, but I don't see any light grey bar that pulls down to show 'User CP' (I presume that means Control Panel), so I cannot find any way to access or modify my profile/account details. Please can you help me?
PS - I have made 20 posts since I joined at the end of August, and have the 'Junor Member' title if that helps explain anything. I have not yet tried posting in other than the 'New Member' section. How do I know when I can post anywhere else?

Dear slblay83,
You are probably viewing a limited (mobile) version of the site.
You have to click on 'View full site' in that menu pull down top left you referred to!
