When someone asks a question in a thread, but nobody answers for awhile and the thread begins to descend down the list (as the last updated threads rise to the top), they sometimes type "bump" to bump it to the top of the list to get it more exposure.

Bring Up My Post

This has been common practice for many years on all of the forums that I post on. Others will use:

TTT: to the top
Some simply just post a period. All means the same thing really.

Bumping Up My Post

You can prettty much type anything. I’ve seen other website just put a question mark or a smiley face to get it in to the top of the feed. It’s like when you get a lot of comments on a Facebook post it keeps coming back up into the top of the feed. Makes sense......Bump
