Water Temp Sensor

It's been awhile since I installed my Haltech...

TIA

With out drilling i was able to retap stock location for the gm sender it worked fine.

There is a Bosch styled water temp sensor that has the metric threads, haltech is selling it right now, but they cost more than the GM one.

I can sell them for 30 bucks + shipping and it includes the connector.

If anybody is interested, let me know.

yes, I think I did the same...but put it in the thermo switch location, right next to the stock "temp sender" location

I'm interested, but what exactly is required to install...everything like the GM but a metric tap?

sorry if I misunderstood.

I'm looking for something that I can just thread into a reman...with minimal effort/dismantling

http://www.force-efi.com/ have the sensor in stock. No mods needed just screws right in the same place as stock. Also the sensor use a fuel injector plug instead of the regular GM type coolant sensor plug.
Ask for Rob or Ana.

There are a lot of things they sell that is not on their site.
I would not put a link up if I was not sure of it! :)
I buy the sensor from there all the time. They look like the one above but the blue part is colored white on the one I use.
I have also seen the part # for the part but I can't tell. :)

Ask for metric coolant sensor for Haltech. You can even say it's for a rx-7 application.
So far the sensor has worked for me on Mazda rx-7's, Nissan SR-20/RB-25/26, Toyota 1jz/2jz and Honda applications.
