Troubleshooting E6X

I am ASSuming that the E6X has internal pull up resistors for it's IgnX and Aux Out drivers? I'm looking for some direction on how to troubleshoot this truck, and I suspect the E6X has been damaged by previous "installers."

Open circuit:

Ign1 = 11.8 volts
Ign2 = 0 volts
Aux Out = 5.85 volts

Wired into the S4 coil/ignitor assemblies:

Ign1 = 8.5 volts
Ign2 = 0 volts
Aux Out = 4.99 volts

The lead coil does nothing, the forward trailing coil sparks once when the Haltech gets switched ignition power but nothing when cranking, the rear trailing coil operated correctly. There is some discrepancy in the Haltech of America wiring colors for E6X into S4/5, so I'm kinda thinking that Ign2 and Aux Out are switched and it's Aux Out that's firing the rear trailing plug.

Any help is appreciated.

Alright, I just fixed my flaky scope.

Ign2 is pulsing a 4.5 ms signal when cranking, but Ign1 and Aux Out just sit there applying a steady voltage.

I am ASSuming that there is an internal pull up resistor (Ign3 and Ign4 read battery voltage KOEO) but the E6X's logic has the driver pull that down to 0 except when sending a pulse.
