Tps Question

I have a s4 t2 with a third gen manifold i was woundering what tps sensor can I use E6K.

Do you already have an E6K? Depending on the vendor, you can get the E6K computer, the harness, and all the sensors for the engine which will include a TPS sensor. I don't think it works with the stock TPS that Mazda put on any of the RX-7s.

Haltech can read off the full-range TPS off a Kouki / S5 FC3S or the FD3S or the Cosmo.

Yep I just wire it up to the oem tps. If you use the haltech tps you'll need to fabricate some kind of bracket to keep it in place.

Yes, the factory 3rd Gen TPS works with the Haltech, all you need is to hook it up and calibrate it. Also, id like to see pics of your mod if you can, i was considering doing this as well.

Cool, I wasn't aware of that.

Oh, i also forgot to mention, some TPS have 4 pins instead of just 3, where the 4th pin is just an "on/off" indicator, and the other is the full range, just like the 2 TPS on the S5 manifold. You are supposed to connect the haltech TPS wiring to that full range pin.
