throttle pump question
 

So when I hit the gas more than normal driving, it likes to go lean enough to choke out and I've messed with the throttle pump and its just about maxed out. I saw in the fuel section that the thottle pump has 1 right now but can be changed. Does that multiply the setting?

I found its called the throttle pump dead band if im not mistaken.
