from staged to batch inj
 

right now i am set-up w/ staged inj. wired bank 1-2 pri, bank 3-4 sec. will i need to rewire for batched inj? to make it fire channel 1 & 3 together and 2 & 4 together? or am i confusing myself?

If you are not running a very large port you need to stick with Map based timing. TPS based timing is for n/a cars that have trouble creating vacuum where a Map sensor is useless, Map based timing is the most accurate where tps timing will not be accurate on tuning. and yes you are confusing yourself... You want to stick with staged injection because you dont really need those secondary injectors untill the 5th and 6th ports open.
