FL Sport 1000 BAC Duty Cycle Went Crazy

Having trouble trying to understand why the BAC is operating at 85% duty cycle. The motor will start up and run fine for a couple seconds and then the DC jumps from 0 to 85%. When I blip the throttle real quick, it will jump down to 25%. This same behavior occurs on two ecus with the same map loaded onto them. I zeroed out all the duty cycle values and then dropped the target rpm, but nothing changed. I had sent the ecu out to Haltech for diagnostics when all the AVIs quick reading. Perhaps a corrupt map?

Also, when the BAC is plugged in and it occurs, it either cuts fuel or ignition to the front rotor. Perhaps some sort of interference? If I unplug the BAC, it runs smooth again.
