Have a Sprint RE. Wanting to add Oil and later Fuel pressure to the unit. What senders will work with the wiring on the harness? Also is there fuel trim based off pressure built into the unit?

What to do about rev limit for drifting? Im get into it and I have heard mixed things about the rev limiter. Some people say its fine other say that it can hurt the engine. My motor is very well built(went broke buying new FD eshaft, rotors, housings). It runs out of air at about 8k cause stock turbo.

Also the transient throttle map. Seriously cant get it right, every time i think I have it spot on there is the lean spot when I hit the gas. Really frustrating. Any tips there. Base map is pretty spot on.

Any advice would be helpful

The Sprint has no analog inputs to accept extra sensors. You can purchase an I/O 12 box that would allow you to connect up to 4 analog sensors.

Have you read the manual on how to calibrate the transient throttle? What series TPS? The S4 TPS will give you issued.

Its an s5 tps. I have gotten some progress in the throttle calibration its just seems like i just cant get it right. I have tried another sensor and plan to switch to the FD intake and sensor in the future.

Also I have another issue that im hoping you could answer as well. My air temp sensor doesnt read below freezing its not an issue now cause summer but just wondering what was up with that.

Also do you sell oil pressure sensors and would you recommend putting the sensor where the stock sensor already is? And oil temp.

As long as the TPS sensor is giving you a good clean sweep, it's not your issue. I've had good luck with the S5 sensors. You can check the sensor response with the engine off. Just slowly work the pedal through its full range and watch for proper sensor response. No jumps in voltage or flat spots. Read the manual and follow the transient tuning procedure outlined by Haltech.

I've always mounted pressure sensors to the rear iron in place of the stock sensor on in an oilnfilter pedestal and have never had an issue. That said, more and more suppliers are saying to isolate the sensor from engine vibration with a length of hose. I'd have to agree that would be a best practice.
