Possible injector issue?

I just finished installing a E6X on my friends 88 TurboII. It has a JDM S5 13bt with stock coils and injectors in it. I followed the Haltech wiring diagram that Claudio RX-7 posted up under the thread "Haltech Installation Diagrams and Setup Tips" also I used the base map and setting he had posted up under "Download Haltech Base Maps Here". It was the one labeled "E6X - Map, Stock Motor, stock injectors, 3bar MAP sensor, Stock Ignition/Coils". when cranking the engine it has fuel pressure and spark and the injectors have power but the ground side of the injector circuit isnt being completed by the EMS . I current ramped them and I see no pattern so I'm assuming that I haven't set something up right. I double checked all the wiring and everything is soldered and heat shrunk. I'm am not that familiar with stand alone EMS' but I have done a lot of driveability work on OEM systems. Any help would be appreciated or just being pointed in the right direction. Thanks

Do you have the injectors enabled in the software?

yes, that was the first thing I checked.

Since you have spark I assume you have power to the ECU while cranking (software shows Haltech Connected) and you are seeing a steady RPM signal of around 250 RPM while cranking?

I have power and I am connected to the Haltech. I'm not around the car right now but I'm sure I remember seeing the RPM reading jump up when cranking. I will check that as soon as I get back to the shop.

I have been really busy but I checked and while cranking its reading 250rpm and inj. duration was 6.?? and I saw it peak at 11. but it still gets no fuel.

Ever figure out this issue?

Did you have adequate fuel pressure? Fuel pump turning on? Did you have a gauge? Are the injectors getting power? Are they properly connected? Check the 10A fuse in the fuse block, if its blown, the injectors dont have power.

Are the injectors good? I always tell people to have the flow tested and cleaned to guarantee they are flowing what they are supposed to.

Is there any way you can check the ECU to see if it is outputting signals via the injector wires? If its not, it might have damage. Is it used, new? Has it seen any kind of combat action? :D
