Please Post Definitive Solution to E6X CAS Shielding Issue

I just want the answer on what has to be done to make sure that the E6X, runs correctly. Basically the problem I hear is most common has to do with the wires for the Crank Angle Sensor. I have heard things like military grade shielding is needed for the wire. What I am looking for is a real answer, to the problem, what did you guys do to solve it, and what would you suggest, aside from selling the X and getting a K.

is this for an FD or FC...there are two FD in my area that no other shielding was required.

FC, I see that they have some problem with shielding or the reluctor or whatever, I am just looking for what I can do to avoid this issue.

Make sure you have the sheild wire grounded at one end, not both, you can try to sheild it more with some tin foil. or something to that nature. again only grounding at one end.

what are you looking for?
The answer is Yes it has been figured out... can you over come it... yes... will it be easy... most likely not.
Would i let this stop me from using the Haltech NO.
I shielded mine with two sheilds One cable one metal. and both grounded at the firewall I have not had a problem since. If you are using good high quality Spark Plug wires.. you will be better off as well.
