No spark on front trailing Haltech E11

Hey guys I could use some of your help on this. I have an e11 that I finished installing over the winter and have recently found that I have no spark on the front trailing coil. First off my ignition setup is T2 coils with jacobs amp on leading coil using my factory fd ignitor. I have checked all wiring all the way from the haltech to the ignitor from ignitor to coil, checked all plugs and terminations, I have replaced the ignitor with another, have replaced coil, new plugs and plug wires, am I missing anything? Is there any settings in the haltech that could cause this? The car starts, idles, and seems to run fine. Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance

igntion settings should be" wastespark" for the FD ignitior
IGN1 is for leading coil
IGN3( rotor 1 Trailing ) and IGN4 ( rotor 2 Trailing )
should be the correct trailing outputs
( and IGN2 as the aux spare )

for FC coils ( and FC igniters ) you need to use " distributor mode" in the ignition settings
and it will reconfig the aux outs and the IGN outs to suit
IGN1 is for leading coil , IGN2 is for trailing coil,,and IGN3 is the toggle command for the trailing coil
( and IGN4 is the aux spare )

Thanks bumpstart that makes perfect sense, I am using ignition 1,2,3, ignition 1 for leading, ignition 2 for trailing front, ignition 3 for trailing rear as it instructs on k2rd webpage. That is why I am not seeing any spark from trailing front. I will fix this tomorrow and report back if for some reason this does not fix my problem.

Thanks for the confirmation Brian!

If anybody is interested here is the wiring diagram that I used from k2rd THAT IS NOT CORRECT FOR THE E11... And nevermind the doodling/ notes on there.

Yep Bumpstart's right. This is what I've got from a car I recently did:

x Factory ignition wiring (E8 to FD3S Ignitor)
- IGN1 (Light Green) LEADING (Light Green) --- GREEN
- IGN3 (Blue) TRAILING 1 (Brown) --- BLUE
- IGN4 (Blue/Yellow) TRAILING 2 (Brown/Black) --- GREEN/WHITE

Waste Spark, Ign/Trailing edges Falling, Constant Charge, set 'em to 4ms and no higher since you're using an FD component in there. Normally with FC you can use 4.7-4.8ms.

Using factory FD crank trigger? Set to Tooth Offset 3, Trigger Angle 84, it'll be dead-on accurate.
