Need help with zero timing issue PS1K in FD

Here is the run down.

93 FD
Fresh rebuild large street port
Rotary works TB
I'D2000 x4
MSD ls1 coils

Running haltech platinum sport 1000. I got the car idling and cold start pretty much set for the time being. So here is the issues......
1.) Car Only starts with the angle at 57 and tooth offset at 7. We can't start it with the timing locked at -20/0 or -5/15 like suggested. When we try to lock timing at idle car stalls. When we touch the angle or offset at idle car stalls.
2.) Can't get the gm 3bar map to read correctly. I set it to external then open folder in the map tab and selected the correct calibration but it reads -7/-8 vacuum and my AEM gauge reads -18 vacuum.

I could really use some advice on the zero timing issue.

Thanks,

Doug
