Just an info question

What sort of temp readings do you get on the Haltech monitor page?

I tapped my Water sensor directly into the stock location (FC), and I am seeing a variation in temps from 180-205.

What do you all see?

mine stays at 180F i have it tapped into the front side of the water neck.

Mine is in the stock location and I get a steady 195

That's normal.

With most of the Haltech FC's I take care of down here, they are all running electric fans - max set at 195 - 210 with turn-off at around 170 - 180.
