Just got my Haltech- what needs to stay?

I just got my Haltech e6k a few hrs ago. I'm thinking of installing it myself in my '89 turbo II.
I pretty much know what can go. But what has to stay?
Does anyone have any pointers?

Do you need to pass emissions?
Stock turbo?

The emmissions requirements, would be the biggest factor I guess eh? I basically removed everything plugged into the stock engine harness and the harness itself. The only things that have stayed is the Cas and injectors..Max

I'm in LA so there are no emmissions. I've got that stuff already removed. I want to keep my A/C.
Whats Cas?

Crank Angle Sensor, your ignition trigger.

The Ac is triggered from a different harness so that should not be a problem, my car has A/C to and I plan on keeping it..
After removing the engine harness, the only things I need to make a patch harness for is the wipers and cruise, everything else is gonzo with the haltech, which is nice, the engine bay is REALLY CLEAN now..
The fuel lines are bonded to the vaccuum spider steel lines, you can leave the steel lines in or make new fuel lines which is not that tough, I had to anyway to accomodate the Malpassi rrfpr..Max

Thanks Guys,
I actually haven't got it yet. UPS won't leave it at my aptartment complex w/o me physically being there. I've been chasing them around town for two days. Hopefully I'll have it in my hands tomorrow.

Another question? What vacume lines do I need if any once I yank everything out and throw it away?
