Installed stock fuel system, idles like a bridge port (video)

Hey,
I posted this in the 3rd gen section and realized my problem was the fact I forgot insulators on my stock secondary rail. I ordered new ones and installed them today but the same problem occurs.
Here's the gist of it:
I had the stock fuel system on and had a good tune going. I drove that all last summer with no problems. I then had an injector problem (turned out to be wiring) but I bought a new fuel system with stock 550cc primaries and 1600cc secondaries. I attempted to street tune it my self and got it pretty decent but I was not happy with the transition and part throttle. I got tired of working on it every single day so I decided to install the stock fueling again thinking I could install and drive it right after. I then started it with my good map on and immediately there was a problem. I would rev all the way to 2600-3000rpm (even when warm) and would stay there for 10 seconds and then drop with an erratic idle, much like a bridge port.
In the video you can see how my injector time and percentage drops to 0 every time the idle drops. I thought it might be a tps issue so I installed a spare one I had but no dice, same problem. When it firsts when revving high, it has -10psi of vacuum or so.

Any ideas? Everyone in my house and neighbourhood are angry at me (apparently I'm doing the reving on purpose?) so any help would be great or any pointers. Like I said, this issue happened RIGHT after putting the stock rails back in and NO issue with them before or with my 1600cc setup.

Setup:
REW FC swap
FC coils
stock fuel
stock turbos, non sequential
2 bar map
BAC installed
No emissions

Make a log of following paramterers : RPM, MAP, TPS and all corrections, injection time and injector duty cycle

You will be reading some injection time even with engine off, but duty cycle should read only when engine running. And if its idling, duty cycle should be pretty much stable value, not dropping to 0.

If it dropping, it could be caused by corrections or by problems with CAS (RPM signal not stable), TPS or MAP sensor. Verify your sensors and calibrations first, then check for good home/trigger signals and lastly for proper RPM reading...

its a .zip folder but the log is in it

I am honestly bit lazy to install software for E8 now, did you looked at log by yourself?
Any of the readings i mentioned are erratic or smooth and accurate?
Battery voltage (in haltech) stable and correct?

Yeah I looked, nothing is erratic. I get a reading of 12 for the trigger count at last home. TPS stays at 0, no secondary injection, primary is at around 8% until it starts being erratic which always happens after about 10 seconds of run time, then it goes from 8% to 0 back and forth (brap brap brap). Battery voltage is stable and reads correct around 14v.
I tried reinstalling halwin along with the firmware, loading the default e8 map and then reloading the "good" map. Still no change.

Post your map as well.

Put in a new UIM gasket, switched the primary injector plugs to see if I made a mistake, nothing.
When I unplug the TPS while its doing the surging, it makes no difference. When I take off the map sensor hose, it drops down to about 500rpm smoking and sputtering like it should.
Did anyone check the map for any abnormal settings?

Also, is it possible my injector driver is cooked or something? running out of ideas

Bump, forgot to mention that it idles at 2000rpm or higher when cold, but once warm it begins the surging where the duty cycle drops. I never touched the trigger wires at all while swapping the injectors, but maybe its picking up noise? I messed with the filters but it just runs crappier.
I would assume its a trigger/home issue as the duty cycle drops to zero, but why am I not having any rpm spikes or erratic trigger count at last home?
