injector duty cycle question

I have an e6k, running 750cc primaries, 1600 secondaries and i get hesitation at staging, im thinking about swapping the 1600's out for 1000's, but not sure if ill have enough fuel. im only making about 300whp

so.. my max injector p/w at 7000rpm is about 6 ms. The ign/by setting is 2. what is that duty cycle? online calcs say it is 36%, but do i multiply that by two for rotary?

does that seem right for about 300whp?

something is funky with the duty cycle number, the haltech will actually display it at the bottom of the screen....

750/1600@300hp (hp is 370, flywheelish) i'm coming up with a 55%, give or take

using 750/1000@ the same hp numbers duty cycle is more like 75%

or to put it another way, since the 1000's are approximately 25% smaller duty goes up 25%

Doesn't matter what the calculator says, the pulse width doesn't lie. At 7000 rpm each cycle takes 8.57 ms. Your pulse width is 6 ms. 6/8.57 = 70%. The Haltech is telling you approximately half of that because you have ignition divide by set at two.

so since ign/by is 2, then max injection time is 8.57 x 2?
