Haltech Question
Im learning how to tune the haltech e6k from the demo version,i am considering getting a haltech by end of ths year and learning as much as i could..i have a s5 turbo basically stock other then intake and exhaust, but i do have the proper map for it..if i were to start tuning the fuel is it the fuel map i need to adjust first?and then go onto the correction maps?if im wrong whats the first thing to tune after getting a base map, considering i have a wideband..
thanks |
Easiest is to get the engine started first.  Once the engine is started, then try to get it up to normal, working (hot) temps.  Try to zero out all the corrections maps once the engine is fully warm.  Adjust fuel maps to get the engine running good.  Adjusting the correction maps is a royal pain in the ass...
