fuel pump prob. w/E6k

i sent my haltech e6k to california to have it tested and it tested out just fine. the relay will kick on with key on power and work just fine while driving car. then sometimes it wont kick pump on at all. ive replaced the bosch relay once and it still does this. my relays are mounted properly and my wiring is ok. i have the orange pump wires on the fuse box and it gets 12v and is supposed to be switched by relay w/key on. now im just running it off a switch i made msyelf with no realy b/c this shit is annoying. any suggestions?

One of the two orange wire of the fuel pump is suppose to go to the fuel pump from the relay and the other orange wire from the relay is suppose to go to a constant 12V. Make sure connection at the relay from the harness is correct.

I know this not same case, but I got my fuse block new from Haltech and one of the wires for the fuel pump and the ECU was switched, so i wasn't able to communicate...so just DOUBLE CHECK the harness to the relay if it is suppected.

What kinda fuel pump?
The 20A fuse might not be big enough for a big, upgrade fuel pump.
