E8/E11v2 PID Settings for O2 Sensor
Howdy folks, as the title suggests, I'm trying to find the PID settings for configuring a Narrowband O2 sensor on the E8/E11v2. I cannot find them to save my life and on two separate setups, with the O2 sensor connected, I'm showing a pegged 1063mV on the engine data page. I'm assuming I don't have the PID settings setup correctly for setting the O2 loop up. Anybody have 'em handy?

The PID settings have nothing to do with the voltage you're seeing from the sensor. The PID control is how the ECU changes the fuel trim based on the reading of the O2 sensor. You can change the PID settings all you want and it won't make the O2 sensor's output change.

Gotcha. Thanks for the clarification. Now I'd like to figure out why on both cars the voltage is pegged at a solid 1V. These are both single wire narrowband sensors with the ground and +12V
leads disconnected. |
Maybe the exhaust isn't properly grounded? No idea. If you want to use a narrow band at least use a 4-wire. They're cheap enough and work better than the single wire.

Alright. Might give it a shot. I've normally been using the Bosche 11027/11028 single wire generic one. It's normally worked for me. Both of these cars in question use that yet they're both showing the same symptom. Maybe it's time I move away from a single wire and go to a heated narrowband. Hmph.
