e6x install question

so i have a e6x i want to install it with out splicing or cutting up the harnesses in the car and i dont want to run extra wire into the engine bay...

so the two brown plugs on the passenger are there

the one sub harness i removed simply by cutting all the tape off and it came off intact ( what does this harness do?)

then the other brown plug was intertwined with the oem wire harness i had to cut the yellow ecu plugs off and eventually separated the harness simply by cutting off the yellow ecu plugs and the injector plugs everything else is there tho (what does this harness do?)

now my question is there anyway that i can runn the fuel pump trigger and other things thru these two harnesses? and then tap into the fuse box for my constant 12+v signal?

My question would be why you want to "upgrade" to a standalone,But Still use the 25 year old wires to run the car?
If you take the old harness off the car,and run a E6K harness, you are eliminating a lot of Problems especially if you have to troubleshoot. You will only be worried about 3 sensors, instead of the Crap that is on the Stock car( like AFM and Crappy boost sensors).Half of that Ecu harness is eliminated when you go to a Haltech harness.

i thought i had to use part of the harness for for wipers and so fourth?

im honestly to the point where i want to take the haltech harness apart. i bought my e6x from a dude on here and its pre built and wrapped in thermal stuff. but i dont kno where anything goes

for example i feel like the injectors are backwards so i have to take the thermal stuff off to check and then re wrap it

also the way that i think he hooked up the harness was using the factory sub harness. becuase aside from the oem plugs on the stock harness there isnt a plug on the haltech harness to hook the coil packs to ..

what i think happen was the p/o haltech owner used one of the two plugs to tie back into the factory harness in the dash to power the coil packs OR he used after market coils ...

i dont know how to go about fixing this
