Another wont start
 

I have a haltech E-8 and i cant get spark off any coils while cranking. I do get a RPM reading while cranking. I checked for spark by spinning the CAS by hand and i could not make spark till i was spinning at 300 rpm. I can not get the car to crank that fast. This is all i need to start it. Help

check your starter wireing to make sure its getting full power and make sure the battery is fully charged. the haltech doesnt like low voltage when cranking.
