add coolent buzzer
does the haltech control that buzzer??? its driving me crazy!! i have a haltech E6X. can i just remove it some how?? yes i did a search also.
thanks brian |
Nah, it sure does not control it.
I think you just ground out the sensor. |
not sure how it works on the FC but on the FD the sender is on the front of the waterpump housing, with a black wire coming out, that plugs into the ecu harness which takes it over to the coil side of the engine. It then hooks into the engine harness and then on to the light.

is that an NA thing
because my t2 didnt have this problem |
If you dont have this sensor in your radiator, find the wire that goes into the dash and ground it. IF you do have this sensor and its buzzing? check your coolant level or replace the sensor.

I think you just ground out the sensor. If it's grounded, the buzzer never goes off. :) Or are you recommending he ground out the sensor to turn off the buzzer? :D -Ted |
thanks guys!!
