Minor updates, the mold is made and I'll be working on it this week sanding it down and polishing it up. No real ETA but it will DEFINITELY be done for DGRR for an "unveil" if it is not already released

Once I get a line up of products available I will set up a group buy in the 3rd gen section!

Can you measure the distance of the LIM to the firewall? That is what Benny needs. I'd do but my car has moved to another shop. Rotary roulette I've got the Pettit/RX Specialties subframe also so it will be the same.

i dont see how that should be a problem, that area will be reinforced with more layers and since the mold is directly off the car it sits flush. although we could be wrong, but that will be figured out once we R&D it

It would probably crack when tightening down the strut bolts I believe. Maybe you could put small washers in the mold so you would be tightening down on those instead of the carbon.

Hey, I'm actually getting ready to make a CF prototype within the next few days.. No updates as far as release yet since i want to test it out first. I will have the prototype on the car for DGRR and the earlier fiberglass version prototype with me if anyone wants to test fit it!

Have you thought of using neodymium magnets as holding it down? Versus fastening it down?

Aus sounds good! The mold is ready, now were trouble shooting how to do the lay up. We made a test CF piece and due to the complexity of the shape the fibers are all misaligned and look like CRAP. so once we are done strategising the best way to lay it up it will be for sale!

There are a few factors that will effect pricing that arent 100% yet. ex we were originally going to make these 100% carbon fiber, but now we may just make them CF top with fiberglass backing to keep cost down.. Anyone have preferences? Cost is looking between $800-$1000

Wow an expensive piece if between 800-1000. But CF are always expensive anyways...

Love the work btw!
