For sure.

I had this idea over a year ago. I know the entire process, but I'm not sure the end product would be cheaper than some of the carbon fiber offerings from Carbonmiata and Evo-R considering how many people would be looking for an entire set of plastics.

Really sad to see this fall apart. I was so excited to see someone making replacement interior pieces.

On a side note, I was told that the 93 AC panel won't work with a 94-95 center console piece, and vise versa, that they don't fit together perfectly. Anyone else encounter this?

I'd love to see this come back, but I won't hold my breath. These things never come back.

Yeah the OP hasn't logged in since March of 2016

The company still exists - but OP is no longer with them. They still sell the USB pass thrus and blanks. Might be worth it to reach out to the company and see if you can rekindle this.

I contacted them via facebook messenger today, was referred to their contact us section of their website. I wrote up an e-mail and sent it in. They got back to me tonight and informed me that they dont have the capability to make parts that large. They tried a couple but the thickness was no coming out right. The contact Lindsey said if they develop a better method they'll post on here.

Their printer bed is too small. The only way this works for multiple units is to make a mold with the printed parts and run a batch like a mold process. I approached Benny at Bubbletech about this 2 years ago, since he is a master at molded items. He declined to work with me.
I would be interested in restarting my own effort, but that would take a lot of up-front costs in R&D on the modelling end. I fear it would turn out like the Wide foot roll bar debacle, and the costs per unit would be no better than the carbon units from folks I've mentioned in my previous replies in this thread. The order numbers would be too low for a feasable R.O.I.

Quichedem I just made another thread in regards to this. Im gathering interest on parts now. If you have something you're interested in lets get a list started

I'm glad I'm not the only one on top of this lol. I emailed last week and got a response back yesterday from Lindsey.

"The larger plastics are currently a no go. The method we were trying to use was really hard to get the thickness correct so it was abandoned for now. If I ever get or make a decent sized 5 axis CNC mill that would put them back into the realm of possibility. It's too expensive to contract out the CNC work to someone else especially if I'm not sure if everything will fit correctly. So unfortunately, the larger interior plastics are on hold.

I might get something going here soon with the larger plastics. I need to get something going with the larger MCoupe plastics as well."
