I just got back from florida - I'll start on it again next week. I had to also take care of some personal business - family related.

I am currently making the single turbo jig so that I can route the turbo side IC pipe and make your intake set-up.

I'm happy to wait until the kits are ready!

Have a great Christmas! (If that's your jam)

1. Speedy Rotary - wait
2. Michael G. - will wait
3. Rick C. - will wait
4. Chris S. - will wait

OK - nice benefits of waiting

The FC vm kit you will be receiving will be fully tested by me since I will have finally have my car running. Im a touge driver and we have some serious back roads here. One of the roads I test on is Calaveras - if you know that road then you know what ever makes it through that 10 min of hell will be legit. I test the kit by running that road in both directions back to back.

All that's left to test will be the cooling efficiency of the fan shroud.

Test set-up will be fully loaded. AC/PS/Provided basic ducting. I will test it 100% set-up as I would ship it.

Also I will not make any new kits for less then 2700, they are too involved and I put a lot of hours into the whole thing.

Im also making a modification to the top braces to accommodate all the different AC condensers out there for the S4/S5 cars.

Last but not least - your getting a kit that will be featured in a Love for the Rotary Engine - RX7 specific music video.

Thank you all for waiting - I very much appreciate it.

I have not posted in a while.... Work was very busy and had a bad work schedule with working fri/sat 6am to 6pm then a flip to sun/mon 6pm to 6am.

They changed there schedule to a rotating one giving us off 3 days off a week plus Im finally working only nights again.

I was able to finish N.Ho's FD vm kit.

The frame is at the powder coating place and now I have to start sanding the kit for that satin look.

Once everything is completed I will post pics of the finished product and kitted pieces - I am also installing this kit on his car so I will have final installation pics as well.

Heres some stats and pics.

1. Street Twin Turbo Vm kit converted to single turbo use. - (turbonetics core 2-161 rated at 490hp and Koyo Racing Rad converted to 2 pass)

2. Added 2 bungs for water injection on the discharge pipe side going to the greddy elbow.

3. Street PS cooler kit.

4. E2 Catch Can - has a ss mesh filter element that traps the oil.

5. Custom turbo intake with E2 catch Can Bungs, BOV recirc pipe and a heeeuuge AEM dry filter.

6. Black petit AST (its an inch taller then the silver one - dont'know why they changed the design)

7. Tial Recirc BOV QRJ - how big is it... its big like the Q50

8. LRB FD VM undertray - added L-Brackets for additional bracing and the metal screen.

9. A/C brackets included

10. Shaved Greddy elbow

11. Battery kit

12. Hood damper kit.

Incredible work, Ben. Where else can you get a custom Vmount kit tailored to your specific setup?

We're looking forward to getting this installed and returning to the dyno for results!

Great work and spot on fitment, there's a lot of components crammed into that engine bay. I'm glad you're the one working in that bay, not me

update

so,

been very side tracked

left tesla for google x - injured at tesla - c6 to c7 hernia with loss of power in tricep. all symptoms are on the right side and it sucks. I am able to perform my new job....

had to change tranny in my minivan, need to change tranny in my 7 vert to sell it

working on last vm kit on the FD before I start building the project FD

working on 1 more FC vm kit in parallel with all

right arm - it still works but push is gone. I still have most bicep, grip, 50% forearm twist power, chest is affected a little and pointer and middle finger with palm having numbness.... so after 3 months I can see my right arm getting smaller from it just moving through the motions but not able to work with it.

so everything takes longer and .... everything hurts to do.

basically, imagine having a Charlie horse in your tricep, hitting your funny bone, an arbor pushing down on the middle of your forearm and your most important 2 fingers have trouble with sensation... for every minute of everyday... it sucked for the first month but after a while you get used to it.

but I will not and refuse to give-up and quit. Thank you all for your patience with this situation that started years ago.

Ben
