Wont run under 3500 can anyone help?

i got a 1987 13b i put new pump filter and tank in it then it stopped running. it will only run IF you can get it above 3500 rpm. A guy that teaches at my college builds rotaries for a side job and says primary injectors wat do u guys think?

No one responded and its probably due to lack of information you supplied. From what you have said, it sounds like it could be one of two things. Thing 1) Check the AFM connection and the AFM itself, and Thing 2) You may have a significant vacuum leak. Check for cracked or missing vacuum lines and the gaskets at UIM and LIM.

Vacuum leak. Go through your vacuum lines.
