What exactly do you mean by "custom"? When someone says "custom" to me, I think fabricated. So if you want someone to fabricate you a rotary engine, then you're probably looking at $50,000 and up.

If you are just looking for a quality rebuild, than $5000 should cover it from most vendors depending of course how much "custom" you want in it.

Probably best to let us know your goals, your use for the car, what you are starting with, etc.

For $5500 you could have bought a brand new 13BREW from Ihor at IR Performance, just a little more to ship.

Any of your major players will build you a motor and ship it to you on pallet. IRP, Banzai, etc.

You'll probably save money, assuming the rotors are not damaged, by sticking with 2MM seals. You're not going to gain anything by going to 3MM unless you need to machine out the rotors because the slots are worn.

Cooling jacket mod is for high horsepower engines. A considerable amount of money can be saved by skipping it on a stock rebuild.

As mentioned, shipping an engine isn't too expensive. The money saved by skipping the above mods will cover shipping both ways.

Ight def.keep that mind where should I order the engine from rx7 world pricing looks reasonable I jus haven't heard anything about them.
