whats needed to take my motor to 10K rpm?

I have no plans to do this but some people are daily driving there cars and are shifting at 9500-10000rpm on there 13b rew..

ok thats fine and dandy but how are they doing it? what mods need to be done to allow them to spin so fast and not blow up etc??

help my ignorance please!

honestly unless your like PP or super big BP with some high boost and high hp #'s i think it would be flat hp passing 9k

im not really planning to do this to my motor.. im just curious as how they do it? do they somehow lighten the rotors or eshaft or something to allow it to spin more? thats basically all im askin..

balance the rotating assembly, harden stationary gears, clearanced rotors.
