What sort of flywheel do I have?

I bought an aluminum flywheel from a guy on eBay who swore it was out of a 2nd gen NA. Unfortunately, when I compared it to my stock flywheel I realized there was no way it was going to fit! It seems to match the 100mm bolt pattern on my S4 counterweight and my 225mmclutch, but the outer diameter is 320mm instead of 300mm. WTF?
I've spent hours searching the forum, but haven't found any info. I've talked with Racing Beat and Atkins, but so far have no answers. Does anyone here know what this thing belongs to? I appreciate any help anyone can give.

Here are some pics if it helps...

Hmm. I just talked to MazdaTrix and they had no idea. I said, "320mm starter gear."
They said, "TII flywheel."
I said, "225mm friction surface."
They said, "WTF?"
I also noticed that the pressure plate bolt holes are in pairs that match my stock flywheel, but there are no locating pins like there are on the stocker.
I really hope someone on this forum has a clue what this thing is. Maybe someone wants it? It's completely useless to me...

I just got a reply from Atkins saying it should work fine. WTF? I don't understand how a flywheel with a 20mm larger starter gear diameter is supposed to work in my tranny. Am I confused here or is someone else?

definately not a stock flywheel... i wonder if it's just an aftermarket flywheel for a turbo model. i've never measured the friction surface though. the lack of locator dowels has no affect--other than it being a little harder to bolt the pressure plate on if the engine is in the car.

When I found out that it was too big, I thought it was a TII flywheel too. However, the TII has a 240mm clutch and the flywheel I have has a 225mm friction surface.

definately a little bit odd. i think i'm out of ideas on this one, sorry

Hey, thanks for trying. If no one can tell me what this thing really belongs to, I may just have it modified to fit my car...
