What is the name of this piece?????

i recently did a Turbo swap with Turbo II rear end....well somehow the rubber thing that holds the diff to the subframe went bye bye when i took it for a test drive on the driver side:wallbash:

i don't know the name of the rubber thing but the nut that holds it up is called differential mounting bolt"

what is the name for the rubber thing and is there a size difference on the NA diff and the Turbo II diff?

Sounds like your rear diff mount. Is it the rubber peice that is in the "ear" of the diff? There are two rear mounts and one front mount. The front mount is very hard to get to.

I always buy a stiffer mount because of this..

You're describing the differential bushing, but how in the heck did it just fall out? Did you lose the bolt too?

yes:wallbash: i don't know how the hell they came off, i was shure i tightened the differential subframe bolt :dunno: maybe not tight enough...i don't know and maybe the vibration on the highway shook the damn nut loose, so the rubber piece that goes in between the diff and the bolt is the differential bushing?

where can i get another one? and are there different size ones? cuz it seemed to me when i switched out the NA diff with the Turbo Diff there was a gap in between the top of the subframe and this bushing/puck peice campared to when the NA diff was there....maybe it's my imagination?
