What do you file side seals with?????

What are you guys using to keep the correct bevel and to file the side seals with. I spent over four hours with sand paper and a dremel and they are not perfect.

Maybe I'm just lazy or I'm doing it wrong... I just rub the end against a large flat file. Takes less than 2 minutes per side seal. I hold it at an angle to get a good angle on it.

I have also heard of people using a small grinding wheel which more closely approximates the curvature of a corner seal.

I tried a file, but I think I need a fine one. Someone recommended a pison ring filer?

I was thinking of putting my die grinder on a clamp and with a cylindrical grinding stone. I saw a video where the RE-Amemiya guys use a grinding wheel for side seals.
