Weird fuel leak question
Been looking and havent seen this one. Any guidance appreciated.
Mostly stock car with pfc. Ive replaced all fuel lines, cleaned injectors, and pulsation damper replaced in the last year. Never had a leak till now. After the car sits for few days and i start and let idle 5-10 mins i come out to a puddle of fuel under the car. This happened twice now while heading to work. I park the car, come home and start it with no leaks. Ive pulled the uim and cant see any leaks. When i start the car again, no leak. its happened twice now and only seems to happen after sitting several days. All o rings and hoses have been replaced recently. any ideas? |
I think you need a few more details, like is from under the engine or the rear of the car? (Near fuel pump) also what kind of car? Last if you recently worked on fuel then go back and check what you did most likely you’ll see a clean trail or signs of fuel. Best of luck on your findings. |
