Tri-Point Engineering - California, good specialist?
Hi everybody.. I'm looking for opinions and/or experience etc. regarding Tri-Point Engineering of California, as far as being a good rotary specialist for the every day owner? I'm currently interested in a few FD's that have had extensive service there.. (tried searching them here & didn't seem to find anything) Their website makes them sound like gods, but I live on the east coast so haven't a clue. Also, if there's a better section to have posted this in I apologize, and as always, appreciate your feedback! :icon_tup:

Tri-Point was already around when I first owned a RX-3 in the early-80s. No personal experience with them, then and now, but I know a handful of locals with tri-point built motors or maintained by them

There shop is around the block from me, I hear them on the dyno all the time :)
If I needed work done I'd likely have them do it but for now I just get parts from them. |

as WackyRicer said, they've been around for decades. i think i may have even gotten a catalog from them back in the day - i think i remember a blue and white FC on the cover or something like that. anyway, i've never patronized them, but i've heard only good things.
