these engine parts usable?

I'm starting my first rebuild, and I'm not sure about these parts. The odometer on the donor car reads 180k miles.

The rear rotor housing is junk - lots of chrome gone, but the front housing only has one fairly small spot of flaking. Usable? Will this affect compression significantly? See the attached picture.

The rotor bearing is showing brass or copper at the seam.I'm guessing if it's showing through at all, then the bearing should be replaced? Pic attached.

Same deal with the stationary gear, but it's showing a lot more brass/copper. See pic.

If the bearings need replacing, do I have to take them somewhere, or is this something I can do with a press and the right drift?

Thanks,
Neil

Copper showing on the seam is okay - that's 2nd pic is fine.
I can't tell if the 3rd pic is on the seam?

Chrome flaking is questionable.
If it's on the edge that the triangle assist piece is riding on (i.e. rear side of rotor housing), then I would say it's okay, unless you want a totally bulletproof motor with the utmost reliability...

On that third pic it does look like its on the seam. U would probably be better off replacing that, other than that they look better than when I took my TII motor apart.

So, is replacing the stationary gear bearing something that I can do, or do I need to take it somewhere?

Bearing looks better than mine, I would say good enough, unless youwant bullet proof? I cant afford BP right now so mine bearings dont look as good as yours, but the housing I wouldnt use, that would eat away at your apex seals. My housing are far from perfect but, yours spot is wide?

Stationary gear bearing is pressed in.
