It's a rotary..it's always going to smell like gas. There is unburnt fuel in the exhaust when turning off / starting the car ...

You can get it at mazdatrix. I just tried it out this week and it really does help.

i recommend adding protek-r everytime u fill ur tank

it will lubricate the seals and anything is better than nothing to lube them seals everytime u gas up

lol rx7-kid Smelling Fuel In My Exhaust????? when adding oil your going to add more of that smell and a good amount of smoke at idle if you dont already have it you dont have to get to crazy with it if your still running the OMP..
i had a few bikes role up behind me the othere nite and they learned the hard way about riding a pre-mixed ass,
i bet they didnt smell so good where ever they where going .

but if it realy bother you, you could always add some Fuel Fragrance and it could smell like
Full Blown Bubble Gum
Rocket Cotton Candy
Radical Racin' Raspberry
Rippin' Root Beer
Turbo Tangerine
Cherry Bomb
Peel Out Pina Colada
Groovy Grape
Banana Blast
Flyin' Hawaiian Fruit Punch
