seized engin question

I was just curiouse i heard that if a rotory engin seizes then you can pur in automatic transmisson fluid and leave it over night and it will be as good as new in the morning. If this is true how much do you pour in?

Yes it is true although it isn't really "siezed" like a normal piston engine. Although you may be able to get away with that term, most on here call it "flooded" because its actually so full of gas that it cannot turn over.

being sieze usually refers to carbon lock. The carbon build up in the engine can wedge itself in between the apex seal and rotor housing and stop the rotation. The ATF will break up the carbon.

Flooding is caused by leaking injectors. You go to start the car and there is too much liquid gas in the chamber.
