S4 T2 Housings still good??
 
I know it hard to say just from pictures, but anyone have any idea if there are still usable?

From what I can tell from just pictures, I wouldn't use those - both look like they have pretty deep scoring and/or chrome flaking going on. If you can catch a fingernail on them, I definitely wouldn't use them. Before you chuck them though, you might want to give Goopy Performance a call to see if these are candidates for a housing refurbishment service they offer.
