Rx7 Running Poor-Any ideas of why

Hello,i hope im posting this in the right section, but i have an issue and was wondering if anybody has any ideas of what it could be.Ok i have an 88 10th anniversary and it's been running absolutely fine other than some flooding issues.Heres a brief breakdown of what happened.I was driving on my way home from the racetrack and the car was running good and somebody pulled up beside me and was messing with me so i gave them a lil taste of the rotary.Needless to say i won haha.I wasn't hard on the car either.Right after that the car was running poorly and i thought maybe a sleeve came loose on the intercooler piping because it's happened before,so u pulled over to check it.Soon as i pulled over the car shut off.One of the sleeves was loose,so i tightened it and started the car up.The car started but it has a funny idle and i could feel heavy vibration thru the shifter and clutch pedal.I attempted to move the car forward and it moved but was lacking power and eventually shut back off.I had the car towed back to my house and the next day i went to start it again and it did,but it was kinda hard to start and once it did it was running real bad and didnt even sound normal.I have to keep my foot on the gas pedal otherwise it would shut right off. Also, now it only runs for like 5 mins then it shuts off, even with my foot pressed down all the way on the gas pedal it dies down and shuts off and wont start right back up.I have to let it sit for at least an hour to get it going again. It lacks power and wont stay running. Also just to move forward i have to ride the clutch and give it alot of gas.Does anybody have any ideas of what could be causing this?
