Pulling 2 engine codes
 

I just reset the codes and the car runs great. I pulled 2 codes at the same time. 11 and 16 it seems they come on after I start the car when it has been already warmed up. But the engine light does not always come on, if I turn the car off and restart it sometimes it comes on sometimes it does not. Can anyone help?

16 isn't so much of a problem, that's just the EGR. The 11 is more of a problem as that's the Air Intake Thermosensor. Its located on the underside of the UIM.

do i just replace it? where do i get a new one or is a used ok?

And why would they pull at the same time?

Some sensors aren't really checked or reported by the ECU until the car starts moving.

As far as what to you, you have two basic options:
