Power diff between 9.7 and 9.0 rotors? (N/A Build)

I've searched but can't find any actual real information.

does anyone know how much of a difference i would be looking at in response and power between using s5 n/a rotors (9.7) and s5 tii rotors (9.0)?

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I thought compression mostly affected torque. Which makes sense to me because the 9.0 rotors rely on F/I to create low end torque, while the 9.7 rotors seem to have low-end torque readily available while lacking top-end power.

The higher compression rotors will make more power at all speeds but it is impossible to give hard numbers.

if you want numbers, you'll probably have to search for threads where people are running turbo rotors in non-turbo applications, then see if you can find people running the non-turbo rotors with the same (or similar) setups (i.e.: porting, intake, exhaust, ignition, etc.), then compare charts.
