One headlight popping up other isnt

Hello. I have a 91 s5 fc n/a and one of my headlight lamps will come up but the other won't. The light comes on but the lamp doesn't pop up.

Also have another question. Everytime I use a certain 2 cycle engine oil and premix with my fuel I flood and had a very bad flooding for the past two days but fixed with the injecting motor oil and new spark plugs trick. Could generic non tcw3 2 cycle engine oil cause flooding? Trying to prevent it at all costs. If my oil metering pump is still enabled if I'm adding too much 2 cycle to my fuel could that cause flooding?

Thanks.

The headlight has a round plug with 4 wires and they are; Black (ground), White/Green (constant voltage), Red/Yellow (has voltage w/headlight switch set to down and no voltage when set to up) and a Red/Blue wire (voltage when set to up but not when set to down). Check these wires as they should be.

I found a connector with black, green, and red. What should I be doing after I find these wires?

The FSM wiring diagram for the 1991 model states the plug is 4 wires with the wires being as previously stated. It's your car and thus you have to rely on your eyes for I cannot see your car. Is the plug you found round? Either way, there are only so many plugs connected to the headlight motor, such as one, so you have to deal with what you actually find as opposed to what you might find.
