Oil in plugs. Potential rebuild, HELP!

So I finally got around to giving my 94 fd a tune up, and started by changing the spark plugs, and wires. As I pulled the first plug, I had some oil build up on the plugs, and it looked gunked up as in old. The car has sat about 7 months not running, and I'm not sure if it will need a rebuild as I hope it's not a broken seal. I bought the car about 9 months ago, and did the oil change about a week after owning it. Needless to say the oil was beyond disgusting, I can post pics of the plug I pulled, hopefully you guys can assist. If I do need a rebuild, is there any local shops you would recommend near 91306 or the San Fernando Valley area, as I would have to pay for a tow truck.

if the leading plugs are dry and only the trailings are a little oily i wouldn't worry too much about it, if all 4 plugs are oily then you may have some issues. oil will seep past the rotors when it sits though so i still wouldn't worry about it too much unless they were wet after driving the car normally for several days.

That's a relief, considering I stopped after one plug, and thought the worst possible outcome.. a rebuild.

if it aint constantly fouling plugs and/or smoking out the tailpipe i wouldn't worry too much about it.

Curious to ask if you Fogged the engine before storing it for all that time and IF the oil could be a result of that??

I personally didn't, and I'm going to assume the previous owner didn't either as the condition It was in was horrid.
