Oil metering pump vs premix questions

I have an 83 RX-7 GS that i purchased a few months back. I use this car as a daily driver, but like to have fun every now and then. The engine has 210,000 original kilometers on it.

I have a few questions about deciding which way to go:

When a premix application is applied?
What the mix ratio is for it?
What are the advantages to premixing?
What are the disadvantages of premixing?
How does using the oil metering pump compare to premixing for a daily driving car application?

Premixing may be a pain in the ass... but it has its advantages over using the OMP.

First off the premix is designed to be burnt, leaving behind very little carbon... You also never have to worry about the OMP going bad.

I think the ratio is 1:100, but im not sure since I don't premix, it'd be best to find out from someone who does. The disadvantages are pretty obvious, always having to buy premix (whereas motor oil can be purchased at any gas station) and taking the extra time to measure out the premix.
