no torque and sounds like a helicopter
is the engine gone?

A compression test will answer that...
OR, if you're good, take out ONE plug, the EGI fuse, and have a friend crank the engine a few times while flooring it.. Then repeat for one plug on the other rotor.. You should hear three equal puffs of air on each rotor. If you hear "PUFF pss pss", then you're probably out of luck.. :( Hopefully it's just something easy/cheap, but I can't think of what that would be.....:( -Tesla |
It must be an OH-58D! :) No torque, sounds like a helicopter - get it? Um, you probably don't get that joke... it's an Army thing.
Was the car sitting around for a long time without running the engine? |
