Need help....
 
Ok so I'm new here and to the import world (former rock crawler). So I picked up a 90 FC for $1,000.00 which was an amazing deal. Kid bought it 5 years ago but did nothing with/to it, instead it sat for 4 years in the driveway. So Sunday I'm picking it up and making the 1.5hr trip home with it (under its own power BTW) and just want to know what are some immediate things I should do before I make the trip.

I already planned on oil change, new tires, brakes (pads and rotors), coolant flush, diff flush, and fuel filter.

I just want to know if there is anything else I may have overlooked since I don't know much about these engines.

For a vehicle that's sat in NYS for a huge portion of its life it does have some small things that need fixing, but besides the norm its in excellent shape. Worst thing from the initial look over was the inner rocker panels need replacing which isn't hard. That's the only real bodywork needed.

Any advice given will be much appreciated and I will be here for awhile as this rebuild will be a lengthy one.

If you do a search, it may even be a sticky, there's a thread called something to the effect of "starting a rotary for the first time". It details what should be done at minimum. If it sat for 4 years, fresh gas, a tank flush, and a pump/sock are in your future...
