Multiple Ports on One Housing

Does anyone have experience or knowledge of porting one housing multiple times?

arghx 03-16-12 09:01 PM

What exactly do you mean? Taking a used housing that's already been ported, and then changing that shape? Or bridgeporting? Or a combination peripheral + side port?

ehh

what ? what you mean ? like making a street port twice ?

or street port and a bridge ?

He asked the same question on RCC and apparently wasn't satisfied with being told it was dumb/pointless to do it on a turbo engine there.

He's asking about doing combo porting, combining a BP with a PP, or something similar. We had to play 20 questions with the OP just to get that much out of him. Honestly I don't think he even understands the subject well enough to ask his question in a way that makes sense.

He heard that some shops in Japan messed with it, and so he knows it will give him ultimate power!

You know you really are lucky you are behind that computer bc I'd slap the shit outta you & anyone else would if you talked like that to their face like that instead of being a disrespectful coward...and I ask questions to get a grip on subjects -_- who doesn't, stop stalking me

Yea peripheral port & bridge port on the same motor...there I asked the same (which is apparantly forbidden) & learned porting really isn't needed w/ turbo motors & other/better ways to make power so I'm straight

Moron. You don't deserve a proper response if that's how you feel just because you were told the truth.

A) Don't threaten strangers who you know NOTHING about.

B) your posting annoys me because even though we beat the topic to death for you over there, you STILL came here and asked the same question without providing any clarity to what you're looking for.

audoetuk 03-27-12 11:27 PM

So why don't you basically take your own advice bc what's the difference between threatening & being an asshole to a stranger, I don't think you like the way your own medicine taste...I asked the question around the same time to get more feedback, its not my prob you don't understand english

Do some searching/reading on the forums nopistons/rx7club/ausrotary. Running side ports in conjuntion with pp is possible, iirc i've seen a couple custom manifolds off of puerto rico cars with this set up.

Unless you have a very substantial budget i would sugest sticking with tried and proven set ups. Single turbo, side ports extend or bridge.

In conclusion; search.
