Got a port diagram from Pineapple, this is my first portjob ever.. We were going to go for a bridgeport, and were going to drill out holes first and then connect them all to try and make a smoother opening, however.... Is this too thin of a bridge?? One hole we punched seemed to be a lot closer than the other ones and was wondering if we could just make the bridge thinner or if we should just go ahead and get another iron. Your input is GREATLY appreciated, just wanna know if this is salvageable or not...

Just bumping for shittles. I think a new front iron is like $200 so I may go ahead and get one anyways and write this one off as a lesson learned..

too thin for my liking, but i prefer to move the front and rear bridges beyond the housing and backcut the F+R rotor housings for the larger auxiliary bridges. after cleaning up the main port and finishing the bridge i think you won't be left with much support for corner seal.

for the future, start with a smaller drill. you won't ever get the pilot holes perfect so you need room for error.
