Microtech rpm high Gen1 with 12at jdm

I have check my wiring a few times and it look ok . The wire are soldered and sealed. I have check my TPS a few times and calibrated. I have checked the timing with timing lock on and it is at the first mark 5% ATDC. The motor still idle at 3000rpm . I have search this group plus some others with no luck. I have a LTXs with a 12at. The other question I have is how do I tell what basic program? I just have a hand control unit with no adapter. Could this be the problem or would the car not start at all with the wong program.
Thanks!!!

Could be the wrong map.. Just make sure it is setup for rotary.

Have you checked the throttle body for an idle adjustment screw? it could just be screwed in opening the throttle plates.

Check for intake leaks too.

On a 12at where is the throttle body for an idle adjustment screw?

How do I check for intake leaks?

Thank for the help!

Well, it is gonna be below the hat. (The orange elbow comming from the turbo) It is below that, and probably next to the linkage. There is probably a screw that moves the linkage opened and closed a little bit.

As for intake leaks. There are not many you can have. but spraying water on the seems between the manifolds will change the idle of the car. if that happens you have a leak.
